My experiences with buying from this website have always been great. After moving to the middle of nowhere, where any store that has kratom are far away, I decided to look online. I found this site and have yet to use any others.
Prices are cheaper than I paid in store (even with shipping costs) and customer service is fantastic. There was only one time I had an issue with an order (at no fault of the company; my tracking app showed my order moving in the wrong direction when it wasn’t, which was confusing and it took longer to arrive due to crazy snow storms across the country). I sent an email asking if they knew what was going on and even though it wasn’t their fault that the weather was terrible and my tracking app was screwed up, they gave me a discount code for my next order. That was unexpected and very much appreciated because they didn’t need to do that for me, but wanted to do something to help.
The orders are always packed with care, nicely wrapped with tissue paper. Never have had anything damaged or tampered with. It’s also fun to get little treats with all my orders! There’s candies and I even got some holiday penguins around Christmas.
