Are Packages Shipped in Discreet Packaging?

Yes. Our packages are small white cardboard indestructible boxes that will be delivered by UPS. The contents of the shipment will not be written on the box. We will ship discretely under the name “BKE”.

Payment Options:

We only ship to the billing address.

We accept E-checks – Unless you are an established customer (meaning more than 3 positive orders in the last year) there is a 5 business day wait, as stated on the E-Check form that you will fill out.

BE ADVISED THE ADDRESS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BANK ACCOUNT MUST MATCH YOUR  BILLING/SHIPPING ADDRESS.

You will receive tracking automatically when the order ships.

Note:  Returned Checks are subject to a $35.00 fee.

Email Confirmations:

When you complete an order online with us you will receive an email confirmation for your order and you will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping:

We only ship to the billing address.

NO PO BOXES

ORDERS WILL BE SENT OUT THE SAME DAY M-F. SHIPPING CUT-OFF TIME IS 3 PM CST M-F.  Orders placed after 3 PM CST ship the next business day. 

We are closed on major federal holidays and orders will ship the next business day.  So if you order labor day weekend your order will not ship until that Tuesday.

All orders are shipped discretely under the name “BKE” in a white mailer through www.UPS.com.  We ship Monday through Friday, the cutoff shipping time is 3 pm Central Standard time.   You can calculate your shipping cost with the shipping calculator in your shopping cart.

Next Business Day Shipping:

When you choose our ultra-fast next business day shipping option, you should be aware of a few limitations:

ORDERS WILL BE SENT OUT THE SAME DAY M-F. SHIPPING CUT-OFF TIME IS 3 PM CST M-F.  Orders placed after 3 PM CST ship the next business day. 

• • Overnight shipping is not available for international shipments or for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, or AFO/FPO addresses.

• • Orders placed before 3 p.m. Central time (4 p.m. Eastern time and 1 p.m. Pacific time) on a business day will be delivered the next business day. For example, orders placed prior to 3 p.m. Central time on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday, while orders placed after 3 p.m. Central time on Monday will be delivered on Wednesday.
    • If you choose Overnight Delivery on Friday it won’t make it there until Monday.  If you want Saturday delivery it’s an additional $20.00 charge on top of the Next Day shipping amount charge.  Please search for “Saturday Shipping” and add this product to your cart if you want your order delivered on Saturday. • • Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

• • Business days do not include holidays.

• We are not responsible for and are excused from performing due to events outside of our control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather-related delays, and work stoppages or delays.

Will I Have To Sign for My Package?

Typically, we do not require a signature when we ship your package. However, there are instances when the delivery driver may decide to choose this option, which is at their discretion.
